Aww, that one is absolutely beautiful! It would have made a way better cover than the one they did use (although I’m not as against as others seem to be). Rob’s long fingers cover quite a lot of Kristen don’t they? Oh my!

I love how Kristen’s wearing the bracelets and holding the apple in that position. I like the way she was holding the apple on the ew cover too, but this way seems more innocent looking (and it looks like she made a heart with her hand with the apple in the middle). Rob looks really amazing too, he looks like he’s ready to bite her.
Honestly I think Rob got the short end of the stick on this photo shoot. I mean he doesn’t look bad, but I don’t like his facial expression–he kind of looks out of it, the fact they covered him in dirt, and if you’re going to have a guy pose with his shirt undone…erm shouldn’t you have his chest showing? : S I love Rob, and Kristen looks fantastic, but this photo (and the last) just aren’t awesome.
oh, makes me think of gods and goddesses from greek mythology lol. nice, but i dont really like the angle and robs expression not so edward-y more like an evil vampire. but still bravo~

well, i think the picture is great! Kristen is gorgeous and how i imagined mrs. edward cullen to look as a vamp :) i love how kristen is holding the apple & her hands curve into a heart shape or close to it.
aside from rob’s hands being dirty (i’m sure there’s a hidden meaning behind that), i love how his left hand is placed on her waist how Edward always does when he wants to protect Bella. then his right hand on her neck which reminds me how Edward always have to control his thirst for her blood :) his facial expression is how i picture Edward when he wonders what bella is thinking.

Alright, very beautiful except one thing… his face is fuzzy! He has stuble on his face for crying out loud. When thinking of a beautiful vampire with marble like skin you don’t imagine a forest growing from the marble. I don’t blame him, of course, I blame EW :P
Beautiful shoot but totally disapointing. Here are few things to point out:
1. Neither of them are wearing their contacts so no amber eyes and Bella as suddenly blue eyes.
2. Rob’s hands are dirty! like WTH? that doesnt not represent a gentlement/Edward.
3. You can see the plastic strap hanging on the left side of Kristen dress! Seriously! Dont they know how to use photoshop?
4. And Rob’s face with stuble…

I really like this picture. I like their position, but I really don’t like the fact the Rob looks all dirty and grungy, because, uh, Edward never, ever looks dirty. Even when he’s hunting in the mud or fighting violently…
But, I think they’re trying to capture the idea that she’s pure and innocent and he’s somehow tainting her.
I think they could’ve portrayed that in a…more attractive way. Maybe like him brushing his lips along her neck like he does in the book all the time. Cause that way, he could look dangerous, but at least still desirable, haha. Not dirty.
I thought that I had read somewhere that this is not really supposed to be Edward/Bella, but Robert/Kristen, so that is why there are no contacts, and Rob doesn’t look so Edward-ish, but more scary! Vamp-ish.
Also, this hq scan is obviously before photoshopping in which they probably take his stubble off and get rid of that plastic strap. The EW cover, while annoyingly not good enough of Rob, at least was photoshopped with smooth skin all around.
What is clear, almost 99%, is that no one liked the EW cover, so whoever thought up the concept (Twilight/vampire/but not really Twilight) and approved the final pic, needs to put them back on the cover- in character, and smolderingly hot, please!
